bulletLarge team (6 and over): Top five (5) scores will be used to determine team results.

Cash prizes awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams for each level.
Registration and Refund Deadline: Send your Entry Form and check by November 2rd, 2007 via Fax or Mail to the fax/address below.  No refunds after deadline.
