BIRTHDAY PARTIES - (Sundays Only) New Prices as of January 1, 2006 Birthday Parties include 1 hour of activity time with our instructors and ½ hour of “party time” for our friends turning 3 and up. Gymnastics parties include party music, parachute play, gymnastics obstacle course, trampoline and in- ground pit play. The gym has a private party area with tables and seating available. We supply birthday party invitations. Parties are geared to the age of the birthday child, so please remember that too large an age span is difficult for a successful party. HOW TO SET UP A PARTY Reservations must be made by phone 410-252-3374, or in person, well in advance. A $75.00 non-refundable deposit ($125.00 for 2 hour party) is required within 48 house of the reservation. Deposits not received within 48 hours will result in cancellation of the party. The balance is due three weeks prior to the date of the party. PRICES Effective January 1, 2006 $175.00 for 15children (includes birthday child) for 1 ½ hour party. $225.00 for 15 children (includes birthday child) for 2 hour party. (Last party of the day only!) $11.00 for each additional child over 15 children. Prices subject to change without notice. PARENTS RESPONSIBILITIES Rebounders supply invitations. Parent will end out invitations and, on the day of the party, have registration/waiver signed by all parents of children attending as they arrive. Parents provide any special decorations and paper goods: Tablecloths (1 per 8 children – table size is 8 feet) Paper goods: cups, plates, plastic utensils, cake knife, candle, matches… Decorations Party favors, hats, streamers banner… PLEASE NO BALLOONS OR CONFETTI! No balloons will be permitted in the gym, party areas or lobby. Any beverages or food – NO alcohol. Ice. Limited refrigerator and freezer space available for ice cream and/or ice cream cake. WHAT TO WEAR Comfortable clothes (shorts, sweats, T-shirt). Barefoot. NO BELTS, NO DRESSES, NO SOCKS, NO SHOES. Long hair tied back – NO Jewelry, NO GUM No Earrings. Parents – please wear soft, comfortable shoes…Ladies, NO HEELS, PLEASE (help us keep our competition floor in top shape). PARTY TIMES (Sundays Only)
