Due to the number of parties we hold, it’s important that each party begins and ends on time. Host parents are allowed access to the party room 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED PARTY TIME. To allow the following party the same advantage, you must vacate the party room 15 MINUTES AFTER THE SCHEDULED COMPLETION OF YOUR PARTY. Please adhere to this schedule. There will be an additional charge for exceeding the allotted cleanup time.
Rebounders’ parties are scheduled so there is no overlap. We do this by alternating party rooms; one is the lobby room overlooking the gym, and the other is the Rock Wall room. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE which room you will have, and WILL NOT TAKE REQUESTS. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
An $85.00 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are due within 48 hours of booking a party time slot. The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to the party. The payment ($185 total for a 1 ½ hour party, $235 for a 2-hour party-5:00 time slot only, must be booked with the front desk in advance) covers up to 15 children including the birthday child. You will be charged $12 for each additional child, due the day of the party. (If the birthday child is 3 years old, there is a maximum of 15 children allowed, all other 1 ½ hour parties have a maximum of 20 children, and all other 2 hour parties have a maximum of 25 children.) All birthday payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
At arrival, a release must be signed
by a parent or guardian, for each child to participate. Failure to do so means THAT
CHILD CANNOT PARTICIPATE. Host parents will be provided with a sign-up
sheet upon arrival and should direct incoming parents to sign it. Your
cooperation is appreciated.
Party Expectations
Rebounders recommends that you consider:
§ This is a high-activity party; Play clothes – not party clothes – are recommended. Children should have bare feet, no jewelry (the foam pit eats socks, hair bows and stretchy necklaces. Beware!), and long hair must be pulled back.
§ Children are typically very excited after a gym party, usually eating very little – serving cake, ice cream AND pizza will result in a lot of leftovers. Suggestions from previous parties: mini-cupcakes, juice boxes, take-home bags of cookies.
§ NO BALLOONS, NO CONFETTI, please.
§ WE NO LONGER OFFER FLYING. Other fun activities have replaced this.
§ Piñatas. Arrangements must be made in at least a week
in advance. “Pull-String” piñatas ONLY!
§ Parents are allowed to observe the party in the gym – feel free to bring video or still cameras to record the fun. PARENTS AND NON-PARTICIPATING SIBLINGS ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING ANY AND ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT! Our insurance restricts gym use to the birthday child and their registered guests.
§ If your party is in the Rock Wall room, do not climb the rock wall, no matter how inviting it may seem. Yours is a gym party – all equipment and materials located in the Rock Wall room are off-limits. Ignoring this rule could result in serious injury.
§ If you have party guests (or siblings) age 3 or under, they must be accompanied by a parent or supervising adult in order to participate.
§ Party activities are geared toward the age of the birthday child. Bear this in mind when inviting guests vastly older or younger than the guest of honor. Older kids might be bored, younger kids might have difficulty keeping up.
Rebounders
will provide the following for a standard party (1.5 hours total):
§ Invitations for your guests (including directions to our Timonium facility)
§ One (1) hour of gym time and two instructors
§ One party room, equipped with enough chairs and tables for your party
§ One half hour in the party room, following gym time
§ Limited refrigerator space for your perishable party items
§ A Staff member to help with set-up and clean-up
Host parents are expected to provide:
§ All food and drink (No alcoholic beverages are allowed)
§ Decorations (No balloons or confetti!)
§ All paper products (plates, napkins, cups and utensils). Also, bring three paper tablecloths. Tables are approximately 2 ½’ x 8’.
§ Candles and matches
§ Knife if needed for a cake
