All Temporary Membership Break & Termination Requests must be confirmed!
General Temporary Break Policies
3-Months Membership
No Refunds for early Temporary Breaks or Terminations!

Student must have been a member for at least 3 full consecutive months.

No Refunds or credits for early break or termination requests.

Missed classes does not constitute a Membership break or termination.

Membership Breaks or Terminations will be confirmed for mid-month or end of month only.
Temporary Membership Break Status Explanation!

Temporary Membership Break requests must not exceed 6 month.

While on Temporary Membership Break, monthly tuition will not be charged and students will not be allowed to attend class.

Temporary Membership Break will be placed on a Student waiting list for the requested class and return date.

After the effective Break or Termination date, monthly tuition will not be charged and students will not be allowed to attend class.

Students on a temporary break will be placed on the waiting list for the desired return date. Students that have been Terminated will be NOT be placed on a Student waiting list for any future return date.

Students on Temporary Membership Break or have terminated are not considered active members and are not eligible for any Member Benefits or Discounts.
Re-enrollment into class and renewing Membership!

Return to any classes is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

For students returning from a temporary break, at return date, no registration is required. For terminated students, a new registration is required using the customer portal.

At return date, Membership Agreement and monthly tuition charges will resume with the current tuition, not passed tuition rates.

Intermediate and advanced students breaking for more than 3 month must be evaluated before returning to an intermediate or advanced class.

Mid-Month Break Requests
Temporary Membership Break Requests for mid-month must be received by the 1st of that month. Student may attend the first 2 classes of the month and tuition will be prorated for 2 classes (1/2 month).
End o Month Break Requests
Temporary Break Requests for the end of the month must be received no later than the 15th of that month prior to end of the month break date in order to be accepted. Students will attend through the end of the month.
