Sensory-Motor Gym Lessons
Private Lesson

Age 2 to young Adult
30 Minute - $200/month
45 Minute - $240/month
60 Minute - $280/month
Small Group Lesson
for 2-3 Students
Age 4 to young Adult
30 Minute - $160/month per Child
45 Minute - $200/month per Child
60 Minute - $240/month per Child
Enrollment Instructions
Current & Returning Customers

View Schedule below and choose your desired age appropriate class .

Click on the Register link next to the class. If the disired class is full, click on Waiting List.

At the top of the Registration Form, click on "Already A Customer...." to log into your customer portal.

Once in the portal, check your Child's Name and complete the form including checking all policies.

In the Note section, write date of desired start date.

At the bottom, click the UP Arrow to go the top of the Form.

Click on "Enroll".
New Customers

View Schedule below and choose your desired age appropriate class .

Click on the Register link next to the class. If the desired class is full, click on Waiting List.

Complete all Family & Student Information. The class choice will show up automatically.

If a trial class is desired, check that option towards the bottom of the form.

Fill in the desired Start/Trial Date.

Read and check all Policies.

PLEASE NOTE:
Trial Classes are not offered for Private Lesson as the Pay As You Go Option is available.
IMPORTANT:
We will assume that you would like the in gym monthly payment option unless you clearly write in the notes
that you would like the lesson to be a Pay As You Go!
INFORMAL ASSESSMENTS
All new students first visit will have an informal assessment before scheduling classes. It will determine whether your child works best in small group or 1:1 Lesson. The assessment takes about 30-40 minutes and is $55.00. After the initial assessment, you and the teacher will decide on a weekly schedule and duration of the lessons for your child.

All Registrations must be confirmed with a start date!
Enrollment into an open class is for an immediate start date only!
Teachers for classes may change any time!
