Sensory Motor Program General Description & Details

  • Class Options

    Individual Lessons:

    Teacher works one-on-one with child individually.  This class is scheduled on an individual basis.
     

    Small Group Lessons:

    Requires approval from the teacher.
    Teacher works with child in a small group of 2-4 children. Length of class time depends upon age and level of children in the group. Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Levels.

    Integrational Lessons:

    A one-on-One Teacher will help the student with the participation and integration in a a regular Rebounders Class. This is for advanced students only and requires the teacher's recommendation.

  • For Whom

    Our Sensory-Motor- Gymnastics program is for children and young adults of all ages with any minimal to severe physical, mental, emotional, social, language, and/or sensory challenges including:

    • Developmental Delay

    • Attention Deficit

    • Autism

    • Cerebral Palsy

    • Visual Auditory/Speech Deficits

    • Sensory

    • Emotional/Behavioral/Social

    • Hypo/Hyperactivity

    • Coordination

    • Fear of Movement

  • Approach & Activities

    The "I Can Do It Too" Program emphasizes sensory and vestibular stimulation through:

    • Swinging

    • Rolling

    • Jumping and more using Suspension equipment including net, tire, trapeze, helicopter, rings, and bolsters.

     

    Additional Activities include the introduction of basic gymnastics skills including:

    • Jumping sequences on Trampoline

    • Handstand and Cartwheels on floor

    • Supporting skills on bars

    • Walking and mounting on different height balance beams

    • Running and mounting drills on vault

Sensory-Motor Gym Lessons

Private Lesson
One-on-One

Age 2 to young Adult

30 Minute - $180/month
45 Minute - $220/month
60 Minute - $260/month

Small Group Lesson 
for 2-3 Students

Age 4 to young Adult

30 Minute - $160/month per Child
45 Minute - $200/month per Child
60 Minute - $240/month per Child

Enrollment Instructions

Current & Returning Customers

  • View Schedule below and choose your desired age appropriate class .

  • Click on the Register link next to the class. If the disired class is full, click on Waiting List.

  • At the top of the Registration Form, click on "Already A Customer...." to log into your customer portal.

  • Once in the portal, check your Child's Name and complete the form including checking all policies.

  • In the Note section, write date of desired start date.

  • At the bottom, click the UP Arrow to go the top of the Form.

  • Click on "Enroll".

New Customers

  • View Schedule below and choose your desired age appropriate class .

  • Click on the Register link next to the class. If the desired class is full, click on Waiting List.

  • Complete all Family & Student Information. The class choice will show up automatically.

  • If a trial class is desired, check that option towards the bottom of the form.

  • Fill in the desired Start/Trial Date.

  • Read and check all Policies.

  • Submit

PLEASE NOTE:
Trial Classes are not offered for Private Lesson as the Pay As You Go Option is available.

IMPORTANT:
We will assume that you would like the in gym monthly payment option unless you clearly write in the notes
that you would like the lesson to be a Pay As You Go or Zoom Lesson !

INFORMAL ASSESSMENTS
All new students first visit will have an informal assessment before scheduling classes. It will determine whether your child works best in small group or 1:1 Lesson. The assessment takes about 30-40 minutes and is $55.00. After the initial assessment, you and the teacher will decide on a weekly schedule and duration of the lessons for your child.
