Congratulations and Welcome to our Rebounders Gymnastics Team!

 TEAM CONTRACT INFORMATION & FORM ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

​

New to Rebounders?
Student is a New Rebounders Customer and has been invited to try a team level!

  • Please complete the New Customer General Team Registration Form below so we can get your student in our system.

​

 

Already a Rebounders Student?
Student has completed the trial and has been invited to join a Team Level.
Before joining any of our Teams, all members must:

  • Complete and submit a USAG Team Contract online

  • Complete and submit a USAG Release Form online

  • Read the Team Handbook.

  • Complete a Medical Form Package PDF (this may be due at a later date)
